| February 5, 2024 | Deadline for nomination letters and nomination form to be submitted to nominee's Administrative Officer or Department Head. Approval of either the AO or DH is required. |
| Early March 2024 | Winning nominees notified of selection. |

Award Ceremony (11am-2pm) This will be an in-person ceremony, that will be held in Morss Hall in Walker Memorial (Building 50). |
